Why not hold your next event in the clubhouse? We have a lovely clubhouse available for our homeowners who are in good standing to use at minimal cost. There is a refrigerator, microwave, and sink in the Kitchen area. There is a dining/meeting area equipped with four large round tables, 8 foot rectangular table, and 32 chairs. There’s also a wonderful area for conversation on the comfortable couches.                                                                                            
Review the Clubhouse Facility Use Agreement (---see link above) and complete and acknowledge as needed AND deliver to Idaho Association Management Services. All reservations are “first come, first served”, and no verbal holds can be honored. Sorry, we are unable to allow business or commercial functions.
 
The current use fee is $25 along with the REFUNDABLE $250 deposit (two separate checks required, please) and the clubhouse can be yours to use for that special occasion!
