On behalf of the Sienna Hills Neighborhood Association Board of Directors and the homeowners of Sienna Hills, we welcome you to our community. We look forward to meeting you around the neighborhood or at a community activity.

 

Park Pointe Management Services (" PPMS ") is our professional property management company, the person of contact is Misty McMillan. Misty can be reached at 208-323-4022 or via email at the "Contact Us" tab above. PPMS should be contacted regarding any service issues regarding community owned property, and any questions about your homeowner dues and assessments. Also, PPMS should be contacted for your security access card which is used for entry to the tennis/pickleball court and the pool (in season). PPMS will also set up your access to an online community portal which provides copies of the association governing documents, as well as the forms you will need for an application for additions or changes to your home, such as fences, sheds, or other significant landscape alterations.

 

The operation of your neighborhood association is managed by an elected volunteer board of directors. You are invited to our monthly public board meetings which are currently held on the third Thursday of each month, at 7:00 PM at the clubhouse. No meetings are scheduled in July or December. Also, our Annual Meeting and elections are held on the third Thursday in September. The Board may be contacted via email using the "Contact Us" tab above.
